TIER PEDIATRIC GENERAL PEDIATRICIAN
-Ownership in a successful and growing private practice
Responsibilities:
A focus on quality care for patients and parents
Gather information about symptoms by asking intuitive questions.
Prescribe both controlled and uncontrolled medications.
Prepare and administer commercial and state-sponsored vaccines
Requirements:
Excellent bedside manner.
Active listener, patient and calm.
In depth knowledge of children epidemiology and infectious diseases.
Open to learn and research.
Communicate complicated information in a way that patients and caregivers can understand.
Patience and empathy are key. Provide parents with reassurance in a professional manner.
Board eligible/Certified pediatrician.
Valid license to practice medicine.
Entrepreneurial mindset. Interested in growing the practice by accepting new patients who will become their own.

TIER PEDIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Accountabilities
Follow age-appropriate guidelines when administering medications, drawing blood, and giving childhood vaccinations
Maintain accurate NYSIS and vaccine temperature logs
Assess children for signs and symptoms of abuse
Provide supportive care to all our patients
Handle the anxieties and demands of parents and assist them in dealing with their child’s illness or injury
Stay current on developments, rules and regulations, drug therapies, equipment and treatment procedures
Skills and requirements
Proven work experience as a Nurse with strong interest in pediatric care or similar role
Nursing bachelor’s or associate’s degree
Clinical experience as a nurse
Communication skills are important
Strength of mind, dedication, and self-motivation
Ability to relate to children and empathize with them
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Nurse
